Salesforce partnered with the Olympics in a seven-year deal covering Team USA, LA28, Paris 2024, Team GB, and NBCUniversal's coverage. They built the actual technology helping Olympic organizations connect with fans year-round while bringing their signature brand characters to the world's biggest stage.
Working with NBCUniversal, they built Olympic fan communities using their platform and made complex CRM technology feel approachable through friendly, memorable characters—just like their F1 work.
They landed third-highest partnership level with Paris 2024 and became a founding sponsor of LA28, proving B2B software could enhance sports experiences when it solves real problems instead of just slapping a logo on things.
